Update 2- just noticed something rather interesting. If you go to the Mini Mall storage web site for the Owen Sound location it has a 4.5 rating with random 5 out of 5 stars not even close to what I am seeing with Google review. What's going on here Mini Mall storage are these legitimate reviews on your site because they certainly don't reflect the current sentiment.
Update 1 on my prior review - I called twice the phone number that was recommended in Mini Mall response and both times an IVR picked up and said 'This call maybe recorded' and hung up.
I have since been trying to get a response on how to give up my storage units and have them stop taking automatic payments on my credit card. I called the local '705' number left a message twice over the past 2 weeks and no response. What horrible customer service! Needless to say I have update my rating to 1 and recommend to NOT use Mini Mall storage.

I would not recommend. This place has become awful since I went last year. It is absolutely filthy and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for letting it get this way
You cannot lower the price enough to justify this kind of mess

Not an honest company. ! They steal from your credit card, even when you have no storage unit with them. This is a crime storage company . Please stay clear of this mini mall storage. They called me up and said they were sending me a cheque in Oct. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET. TO TOP IT ALL OFF I RECEIVED 2 CALLS FROM 2 DIFFERENT MALES ASKING FOR MY ADDRESS, SO I'D SAY THEY LIVE UP TO THE NAME CRIME STORAGE

My access code refused to work from day 1, no one available by phone to help for multiple weeks of attempts. Finally get through to someone in the states who promised a callback still no resolution or way of cancelling. I found other storage options since but still haven't heard back from anyone about a refund 😥

This place is terrible. DO NOT RENT THEIR UNITS. Their customer service is horrible, they add cost to your monthly bill without consent. If you're late, due to circumstances beyond your control, they charge double the amount. Everyone do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They never call you back i rented for over two years rhen the raised the cost 3 times in 4 months so i moved my stuff out and they still try and bill me, customer service is a issue for sure,
